Assalamualaikum wbt. and warm greetings, Alhamdulillah, all praise to Allah, with his grace and blessings we can now put one more step forward through the introduction of our official Jamilus Research Center-Sustainable Construction (JRC) website, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering (FKAAS) UTHM. With great pleasure, I would like to welcome all of you to visit our JRC website. A million thanks to all JRC members for your support and encouragement towards JRC since its establishment in 2012. JRC has carried out high quality research and consultation work in a variety of fields. It has developed rapidly through five main clusters namely Construction Technology and Management [ConTem], Advanced Construction Material [AdCoM], Repair, Strengthening and Rehabilitation of Structures [RSRS], Advance Technology and Smart Building [ATSB] and Industrialised Building Systems [IBS]. This website is meant to provide information related to services offered by JRC. For your information, the main types of services offered are research, courses, seminars as well as consultation services. Through this website, JRC aims to provide information and transparent feedback in accordance with the objectives of fostering cooperation and strengthening the relationship between JRC and the general public. Despite its achievements, JRC will continue to work hard in order to achieve success that will benefit the faculty, university, society and the country in future. As the head of JRC, I am also committed to providing high quality consultation services using comprehensive, accurate, effective and efficient approaches. I will also ensure that the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity and objectivity are maintained. I will work hard to improve JRC’s performance by interacting with you. Should you have any enquiries regarding the services provided by JRC, do feel free to let me know. I also welcome any suggestions or information which could help in enhancing our services.
